About program
NESA offers one of the best boys gymnastics program in New England. Our recreational classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of men's gymnastics to young students.

In addition to our recreation program we have a highly competitive team program which is by invitation only. Our coaches are professional USA Gymnastics Members and are Safety Certified. Boys are trained on Olympic events (floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, high bar) as well as trampoline. Gymnastics provides an excellent foundation for any sport (such as baseball, soccer, diving, basketball, football, etc).

This program will make your child strong, flexible, coordinated and disciplined. Students are frequently evaluated to be placed in the appropriate class. Decisions are not only based on the individual's talent but also on the commitment the child and his parents are willing to make. The underlying principle is that the child should be challenged (not overwhelmed) and should have a positive, enjoyable experience.

Program Benefits

Gymnastics is an excellent foundation for all sports. Gymnastics builds coordination, flexibility, strength, power, speed, ability to follow instructions, self esteem, confidence, friendships, goal setting, develops gross motor skills and most importantly- it's FUN!
