About program
Cheer Beginner (1 hour)
This beginner cheerleading class helps develop tumbling skills and jumps. The students will learn motions, jumps, tumbling, and a dance. This class is for children 6 and up. Students will work on rounds offs, cartwheels, and back handsprings.

Cheer Intermediate (1.5 hours)
This Intermediate class focuses on skills, drills, and strength to develop more tumbling skills and jumps. The students will learn more motions, jumps, tumbling, and a dance. This class is for children ages 6 and up, with at least one year or some cheerleading experience. Students will work on rounds offs, handsprings, round-off handsprings and back tucks.

Cheer Advanced (2 hours)
This advanced cheer class stress skills, drills, and strength to develop the highest performance in tumbling skills and jumps. The student will learn motions, jumps, cheers, tumbling, and a dance. This is a more difficult class with more counts in the dance, double jumps, and connecting tumbling passes. This class is for children 6 and up. Students will work on tucks, fulls, and layouts.

Paige has been cheerleading for 14 years and has been coaching gymnastics and cheerleading for the past 3 years. She was apart of pop warner, all star and high school cheerleading teams as well as a competitive gymnast. She was apart of two state champion and nationally ranked all-star cheerleading teams.
