Description: Classical guitar ensemble will give students the opportunity to perform classical works within a group setting. Emphasis will be placed on the technical demands of the guitar such as right/left hand technique, proper playing position, and music reading. Students will gain knowledge in regards to interpretation of classical masterworks, rehearsal techniques, and ensemble listening. Participants will gain invaluable qualitative experience by making music with others, developing friendships, and gaining self-confidence.
