About program
The Ninja Warrior Program is focused on the safety and preparation required for entry into the parkour program.

Ninja Warrior Introductory Class (1 hour)- If this is your first time at NESA you are required to take this class at least once for placement, unless you are okayed directly by Brian Fitzgerald. Skills include basic stride technique, proper landing technique, how to stretch, and proper rolling technique. (all of these skills are practiced on floor level.)

Ninja Warrior Beginner Class, Ages 7+ (1 hour) and Creative Movement Beginner Class, Ages 12+ (1.5 hours) -
This Class expands upon basic skills and turns them into a concrete foundation. Skills include stride technique, proper landing technique, proper rolling technique, introductory conditioning to build body strength.

After the completion of these levels, the option to move forward to the parkour program will become available to the student.

Brian has been with NESA for a few years, teaching Parkour, one of NESA’s top programs, and Mixed Sports Camp. Brian is an extremely well-rounded athlete and is wonderful coaching kids! He brings structure, sport fundamentals and most importantly fun to the class!
Before Parkour, Brian skateboarded and competed professionally as a snow boarder. In the past three years, he has risen to be one of the best and brightest Parkour athletes in the nation!
