| Activities: |
|
| For 1 hour may chose up to four activities: |
- Gymnastics-fun warm up and stretching, balance beam, learning the basics of gymnastics, hula-hoop drive, gigantic ball elimination, spider tag jumps, parachute games
- Obstacle course-big gym or little gym with slide and tumbletrack
- Soccer-warm up, drills, world cup, games, scrimmage
- Basketball- warm up, drills, games/relay races, scrimmage
- Dance-hip hop, choreography, freeze dance, musical chairs
- Games:
- Spider tag-tag jumping from mat to mat as the spider tries to grab you
- Elimination-like dodgeball only use one giant exercise ball to tag/hit other players
- War ball-like dodgeball only with forts and "war teams"
- Dragons tail-try to escape the dragons tail as it swings around
- Dodgeball
- Doctor dodgeball-like dodge ball only kids can be "healed" by the doctor
- Backyard clean up-using over fifty foam blocks teams compete to through the most foam over the wall (or backyard) until the 5 minutes is up!
- Football -Pre-game drills and practice games, competitions in football skills
- Lacrosse-Tutorial and fundamentals of hand positions and proper throwing form, shooting drills, ground ball, throwing and shooting relay races, Ultimate Frisbee LAX
- Foam pit: trampoline, ropes, trapeze, slides, and foam

- Super hero- Have your favorite heroes at your birthday parties! Have up to 4 heroes (additional charges after 2 heroes) along with superhero activities!
- Princess-Every girl is a princess so why not celebrate your party as one!
Instructors will be dressed up as princesses along with princess themes activities.
- Greek Mythology Birthday: "Quests of mythology heroes! Costumes using child-safe household items: baking pans as armor, pan lids as shields, capes from sheets or pillow cases. Kids get to decorate them. Each child is assigned a God or Goddess to represent, and they will incorporate myths with them as they play out each character."
- Math MONZXER: Sharpen your match skills while hunting down three malicious, evil, wicked, heinous MONZXERS! These three hideous beasts are lurking in a maze of 100 rooms filled with spiders, bats, and bottomless pits. Players solve math problems to move from room to room, locate the Monzxers, and shoot them dead!
- NESA Blitz Chess Tournament: Please bring boards, sets, and especially clocks if you have them. All of these will be provided at the site for those who do not have them.
- Mythology, Role-playing, and Percy Jackson: For lovers of Percy Jackson and Greek Mythology! Kids will play a role-playing game based on the Percy Jackson series in which they explore the original ancient Greek mythology that the current series is based on. As the game progresses, it gets tougher, until mythic explorers have answer super-tough questions to make it to the center of the labyrinth…and OUT again! Questions will be tailored to the individual level of the student.
- Geography CRIMINAL Pursuit: Travel around the world in search of vicious villains, nasty nemeses, and heinous hoodlums! Kids answer multiple-choice questions about the places where the master criminal NESSOR and his stealthy sidekick thieves have stashed their stolen loot. If the detectives do well with their geography, they do well in the game, and eventually WIN!! All ages and levels welcome.

I take my two grandsons to the Sunday Morning Play time to get exercise. Very nice Sunday morning out for the boys. Love this place.
