| Cheer Beginner Class Description |
This class teaches beginner cheerleaders or individuals that are looking
to get into cheerleading, the fundamental basics of the sport. This class
will include (but not limited to) motions, jumps, beginner cheer
tumbling, team building, beginner cheer dance, as well as stretches & exercises
geared towards cheerleading.
NESA ALL STAR CHEERLEADING!!
Highlights:
- Opportunity to practice in a state of the art cheer and tumble facility
- Half year competitive all star cheerleading team
- Learn stunting, motions, and the fundamentals of cheerleading

I take my two grandsons to the Sunday Morning Play time to get exercise. Very nice Sunday morning out for the boys. Love this place.
