Erica has been dancing for over 18 years with main focus in Classical Ballet. She also does Jazz, Tap, Pointe, Modern,

which included Boston Classical Ballet Competitions and numerous National Competitions. She was also awarded the opportunity
to perform with the Boston Ballet and many prestigious Dance companies. "My dance classes were very structured and strict..
I was the type of student who was always being corrected on posture and footing, but I become a much better dancer because of
this."
Erica went on to dance at Curry College among her studies and was given the opportunity to be Senior Captain for the Dance Program.
"With this opportunity I was able to perform the best dance program ever. I had such a wonderful experience training, choreographing,
the many tears, and friends that I made". Erica also had an opportunity to study with a Radio City Rockette and also try-out to become
one!!

Open to all levels, no previous experience or partner is necessary.
Argentine Tango
Authentic Argentine Tango will be taught in this partner class in which both social/club and show styles will be introduced. All three rhythms, Tango, Milonga and Vals danced to various musical orchestras will be explained and demonstrated. A strong emphasis on posture, alignment, body isolations, muscular control and partner sensitvity are to be included in the class format. Open to all levels, no previous experience or partner is necessary.
Hip-Hop and Breakdancing
Hip Hop dance is a constantly evolving dance style born out of the urban culture of Bronx, New York in the late 1970s. Taking some stylings from jazz dance and adding some touches from free form funk stylings of dancers like James Brown, hip hop soon grew into its own unique technique through the creation and refinement of dance styles like bboying (breakdancing), popping, locking, krumping, etc. Today, hip hop is one of the most popular dance styles in the world, appearing in an enormous number of music videos, movies, and television shows. Hip hop dance continues to grow as an art form today and shows no signs of slowing down. From freestyle- or battle-oriented hip hop to L.A. Style or lyrical hip hop, there are various ways to interpret music through this dance style. Express yourself!
