"It's Not Just A Company, We're Family!"
Swagga, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to working with students and at risk youth and their families from inner city Boston, through Dance Therapy.

The Swagga, Inc. Dance Company instills discipline teamwork responsibility. Our mission statement is, "to enlighten and educate adolescence and young adults through urban art forms and performances; giving them a creative and positive outlet while building community relationships and promoting the core values; precision, professionalism, empowerment and mentorship."

Swagga, Inc. was established in January of 2007 with the mind set to be more then the average dance group. A conglomerate of creative minds and talented staff motivated Swagga Inc to become a non profit organization in May 2009. Swagga, Inc. has performed at numerous community events. We also have performed along side local artists doing music videos and live shows in Boston, Cambridge, Malden, Dorchester, Roxbury, Swampscott, Hyde Park, Somerville, Brighton, and Connecticut.

Swagga, Inc. provides instructional dance routines for three separate entities of our company; Baby Swagga, Junior Swagga and Adult Swagga. A select group of 8 – 10 members of Swagga's three groups are part of our growing company. Between ages 7 and 30 with an average age of 17 years old.

The program is staffed by One CEO, One president, One Clerk, several professional choreographers, four parental advisors, and four youth staff. We also have a five member board of directors that meet monthly to oversee the program. Weekly supervision is also available and offered to all board, staff and dance members by the CEO. Our board is diverse and reflects a wealth of experience and enterprise.
