NESA Hockey and Ivan Pravilov’s Unique Hockey School "Druzhba 78"
Coach Ivan Pravilov, whose training methods are in vast demand around the world, provides students with a truly unique hockey learning experience. It is his philosophy that the talent level of the hockey player is directly related to his or her skating ability, therefore, his drills focus primarily on edgework and power skating both on the ice and through dry land training.
The results of concentrated study and coaching undertaken by Ivan Pravilov over a 25-year span has enabled him to become one of most authoritative persons working with youth hockey players. This recognition has been created by successful achievements in hockey tournaments and friendship matches in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Russia and Belarus. Ivan Pravilov is a Head Coach of the National Team of Ukraine (U-18) and (U-20). Many of the students were drafted and now are playing in the NHL, Dainius Zubrus–New Jersey Devils and Andrey Zuizin–Chicago Blackhawks. Some students have been accepted to prep schools and colleges. Sarah Parsons and Helen Resor are playing for US Olympic Team.
About the Program
Coach Pravilov not only enhances his students skills with his unique techniques, but he has the outstanding ability to bring the best performance out in each individual skater. His unique coaching philosophy has proven to develop up to 90% of a player’s physical capability. The Pravilov approach promotes sportsmanship and enables students to understand themselves more fully, developing strong moral and human qualities. Students are urged and taught to take full advantage of their individual strengths, translating them into exceptional complete hockey participation.

Excellent. NESA works well for my family there are so many choices. I can have 3 of my kids participating in different programs at the same time.
