Through more than 50 years of experience, they have developed a program that offers a gateway to better health and better living. Lee's program combines the precepts of Tae Kwon-Do, a self-defense technique that promotes development of inner strength, or "Kie", with motivation, correct breathing and isotonics. He has shared his teachings with thousands of students throughout the US and the world, and has recently brought his program to the New England area with an opening of a studio in South Shore, Mass.

"God gave us a body and we have to take care of it", GM Lee said, "a body that is sick or ill is like a car that continues to run after the ignition is turned off. You must take care of the car or after a couple of years it is a total loss. Lack of exercise and improper breathing all cause trouble."

GM Lee says proper breathing fuels the body's circulatory systems, heals wounds and increases oxygen flow. The use of his panted Iso Trim device promotes flexibility, increases strength, reduces stress and tones muscle.

[Q.5] Can women learn Tae Kwon-Do?

Tae Kwon-Do comes from the orient, so does the original master. He is proud of his culture, heritage and always strives to maintain its original purity. He constantly strives to inspire and guide his students and instructs to abide by the oriental traditions of higher standards. If you do not train under an instructor of high expectation the result will be a very low productivity in your training. Of course, you will want to learn your Tae Kwon-Do from a Korean instructor who always teaches his students to strive for a superior performance.

At Grand Master Lee's Tae Kwon-Do colleges we teach the authentic Korean discipline of Martial Art, with instructions from Grand Master and Masters (high ranking Tae Kwon-Do instructors with over 50 years of experience). We strive for quality and we aim at developing "The Elite of the Elite"

My son Cole (15) has been enrolled in the homeschool program on Tuesdays for 2 or 3 years now. He loves it! He takes gymnastics and parkour regularly and has taken science, math, and chess in the past. He also appreciates open gym! I also appreciate open gym because I usually get some exercise in while Cole is in class or playing. I also appreciate the parents and staff, who are friendly and interesting to talk to when I feel like socializing. I highly recommend NESA to everyone!
