Plyometrics: If you need to gain improvement in your sprinting speed or jumping ability, then this is the circuit for you.

Lower body: Weight training session, a demanding workout to develop the muscle of the lower body. Suitable for those that is used to working with weights and requires both muscular strength and definition in the lower body.

Upper body: Weight training session for developing a stronger firmer upper body. This program is suitable for those already accustomed to weight training.

NESA improves athletic performance while reducing the injury risk. Our strength and conditioning program are age appropriate program enhance speed, agility, strength and power. NESA creates a dynamic, intense and exciting training environment for youth, high school and recreational athletes.

VAL TEXEIRA
The head soccer coach is Val Teixeira; he has been playing soccer for 23 years. He started playing in Portugal for Benfica one of the best European Soccer teams. He played 2 years for Somerville High School and 1 year for Newbury College. He started his professional career with the RI Stingrays for 5 years and then went on to play for the NH Phantoms. Val was called by the New England Revolution to play an exhibition game against the US National Team. Val has worked for various soccer camps in MA, NH, and RI. He was also the soccer coach at Stoughton High School for 6 years. In his spare time he also plays Basketball and Baseball. Val is a highly energetic, enthusiastic and creative individual with a high knowledge of the game.
